no it's not enable in forum i can't see Like button in every single post

You can't click any buttons for your own posts. Also, you need to set up usergroup permissions in the button manager. Ensure you are set as Super Admin in config.php before continuing.

i know i can't click my own posts and i am super admin but my question is why Like post not show in every single it shows only 1st post only

edit: my notification still show 2 whereas i already show from my profile but it's still shows 2 Notification
