It's still an intermittent problem. I completely removed the Member Tracking mod and it still happens.

You are importing the .XML file and not the .ZIP correct?

You need to unzip the file you download from here, and in there upload the contents to your <forumroot> directory.

In there, there is a forumrunner/forumrunner_product.xml file you need to import.

Correct. I got it installed as a product, but now when I try to "Verify and Publish" it doesn't recognize my forum. I've got a tech guy working on it as it might be above my pay grade, but I can't seem to get it working correctly and I've had ALOT of requests for a product like this for our forum.
