When i have an open Ticket so i can look @ To do
i used the Filter Funktion all then the Support System Show mw all Tickets but the Link (same Ticket name) has no id in URL so i get an SQL error.

No problem, I use examdiff to know the difference between the 2 versions, but thanks ;)

I like very much to try the microSUPPORT product. But I run in to an irritating error message:

Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in C:\wamp\www\forum\support.php on line 291

I run vBulletin on a MS W2k3 server, WAMP, vB suite 4.0.0 PL1
I have changed the access rights on the directory "/attachments" (CMOD 777) to fullcontrol for everyone, but also get the same error message. Does somebody knows what goes wrong here?

Please have patience and don't double (actually triple) post. I don't know why your server has incompatibility, with a normal variable assigment. It's sotething that can't corrected from the code, as it's an important variable.

Jusr to inform:

I am glad I have found a solution for the errormessage reported earlier - as said, I have initialy installed wamp 2.0i server (with HPH 5.3 included) - looking an googling I found a suggestion:
installing an wamp addon PHP2.9 the problem was solved. (download it from the wampserver site, install it and finaly select it as the running environment)

You're lucky that you found it, not only because you can use my mod, but to be honest when I seen that you've wamp server, I was nearly sure that you'll have general problems with PHP itsself.
