Hmm. I cannot see no one php/sql error, all working perfectly. Here is sample:

php/mysql errors would be visible in your apache logs. So be adviced to use it at your own risk.

The only one error i found in apache logs:

Upgrade instructions? I Installed and am using the previous version but have no idea if installing this on top of that one will cause issues and since you removed the previous installation instructions I do not remember the code I put in for it, so I can remove it and put the new code in.
