Can you please add these features?

- there is no general features in "manage entries" such as add, delete, edit.
- list glossary terms
- show/hide author name and last edit columns

Yep, its just what im talking about, these two functions will be high used on the glossar so... 'til we can fix that i can release it to public.

Those features can bee seen in the frontend as soon as you set the usergroups.

Also, please figure out a way to prevent the crosslinking from removing the formatting of those word(s). I noticed it removes bold formatting for example.
