nice mod but is it possible to hide the complete forum until the users have x posts.

How can they post if they can't use the forum?

sorry i asked the wrong question. is it possible to hide the forum instead of forbidding. that's what i meant when i said 'the complete forum'. or are the other alternatives to hide a forum until x posts.

I think it's a bad idea telling them how many posts they need. They just spam that many posts and edit each one to what they weren't allowed before.

I tell them they need a minimum number of posts now.

Thanks for the mod, was getting too many SEO companies fishing for links on my forum, hopefully this will stop some of them from doing any more.

He does seem unwilling/unable to fix the smiley problem. I've checked all the suggested fixes, none of them work for me. I'm going to have to mark this uninstalled until that gets fixed.
