it keeps going back to the same 2 photos...
regardless if you vote or not...

I've left a support ticket with her on her board and she hasnt answered it either, and its been a week. I have no choice but to uninstall it. I even tried to buy the commercial product and got the run around on just answering a questions about it. What is really weird is that her site vbgreece.com but the site is down or moved or gone and it only has a redirect page saying to go to madebymary.com but then she said, I'm going to quote her words exactly. "For support visit my site http://www.vbGreece.com
and of course I've added a redirection to my new site. Sorry, but I can't play the roll of the ball in a ping-pong game moving around all the sites that I've post my modules." Are you kidding me? Ping pong ball, just update this site and everyone will have that one place to go for support? I'm done chasing her around the internet to find info on her product that doesn't work.

Good product in the wrong hands it appears.

I know the product is free, and I've been very patient, I've started this from my first post which is dated above. I want to purchase the commercial product but again if I cant get answers for some concerns I have then it doesnt matter if its free or not. It doesnt work period.

I love the program and was thinking of buying the new photo vote when it comes out.
But not with this kind of delay on help and questions on this program here. Why waiste time and money on something we really dont have to have with in the first place if we can't get help on it when we need it? Plenty of other free mods that work fully. Love the program, and Do not get me wrong. She has responded to some of my pm's.
But I think she might need to hire some help if she can't keep up with the demand her product requires.
I uninstalled the hot or not this morning untilwe can get some of these questions answered. Sad too because my members like the mods.

Can you give me please your ticket's id? as:

1. There is no any member with this nickname in my site
2. There is no any open ticket. All tickets have been replied (average) in 45min except if it opened on time that is night in Greece, but in anycase none ticket has exceeded the 7 hours.

3. 1 Thread in a Greek site + PM = 2

That's a total of 16 different places. Do you still believe what you wrote?? You wrote to update my link. Read carefully the posts. There was even one who wrote: "Why to register again in another site. I want support (when I've checked the option Unsupported) and I want the support here".

I have wrote it many times... Read my posts before... There is no commercial version of this. There is a 100% different product. Nothing in common with this.

I have the same issue. A user can add the photos, but when you go through to rate you get stuck in a loop. The first image to rate comes up and you rate it, the second image comes up and you rate it, the second image comes up again and you rate it again, and again, over and over until finally choose "I dont want to vote for this photo" and then the third picture comes up and you vote, and the damn second picture comes up again.. grrr..

This would be a nice little free script for my small free community, but it does not function. Will this bug be fixed or are we going to be told to uninstall it and move on?
