but I have one HUGE problem with this hack

It works fine

but everytime it triggers the alarm....the offenders IP is added to my IP list

now my partners are wondering if I'm running a massive account duplicating ring

A member recently tripped the detector and it made an alert thread in the specified forum. But it simply said a mutiple log-in was detected. No ip addie or mention of who the other account belonged too. Is this right?

Even weirder is the fact that the member who tripped the detector doesn't exist in the memberlist :S

Once again, we don't do anything we IP addresses in this mod; so it's not coming from this mod.

I've had two alerted that it's shown only a single user name?

I share the same IP with every user that has ever tripped this hack....

the automatic thread is started with my username and the IP for that post is the offenders IP......thus

I retain their IP on my list

Gunshot I have noticed the exact same thing. It isn't a problem for us but it is happening.

Ah, okay, I see what you are saying; I was a little confused by the "my IP list", but I see now you are talking about the "view ip addresses" of vB.

Nice to know, something I'll see if there is a workaround for.
