It's the same screen shot.

I installed the previous mod as you said I should (only for one style) ... then I installed/added this. However, the old style still has the old mod, whereas all other styles have this new version. How can I fix this?

Also, is there any way to add this to the footer of the page instead of the top?

What do you mean you disabled it? and It's because you didn't delete the template from Zero Tolerence. Do that and it'll read my template on the first style.

Well, if you go to "install products" there's a drop-down menu that says "edit, delete, export, disable, etc." that's what I meant by disable.

I don't think that's going to do anything... it shouldn't affect the showing of it.

Any news on moving the welcome box into the existing welcome box's space just above where it currently is? Taking up the whole box, not just the bit on the right as it is by default?
