Does anybody know if this will auto embed vimeo video URLs?
|
I installed this and really like it. Been wanting this functionality for some time. However, I do have a couple of questions that I haven't been able to answer viewing this thread or in the install guide.
1. How do you import the other definitions? For instance I downloaded the Quicktime definition and copied it to the xml folder but I don't think that's how it's done. 2. If I did do the import correctly then what type of link is acceptable? I uploaded it to a server and pasted the link into a post where the MOD is enabled and it didn't parse the link into a video. I'm guessing this must be because it has to come from a streaming support site like Vimeo or Youtube but thought I would ask. |

Well, a little more searching and I found the latest version should support VB 3.6 so I gave it a try and it does. It resolves the vimeo request. Now off to the new forum.

But if you click on the video SHARE - there are references as follows:

when link begins with https it doesn't embed it. How can we fixed this.
for example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ceU4ANZKdOM - OK https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ceU4ANZKdOM - Fails |
