In v3 (currently in Beta for Pro customers), the thanks bar can optionally display the number of users who clicked each button next to the "Post Thanks / Like" text :)

Why its impossible to translate few phrases. Even if i write new then it stays in english

I don't know, I didn't create the phrase system in vBulletin :(

If it is really phrase, you could translate it. But, there are some parts of this mod that aren't phrases and that could be in only one language.

Probably you translated something that looked like correct phrase to translate, but it belongs to something else, like core vB phrase or to some other mod.

i was install it on my board and good work but i cant see remove thanks icon in postbit .

Removing thanks is a Pro-only feature :)
