if you read fully what i put, i put them in both the skin folder and the folder images folder as well. I do have a great understanding of how most hacks work. and yes i followed the instructions as well. also, i don't recall you being the developer ;)
here is the postbit legacy with NO thank you hack buttons showing up after uploading everything again. http://img228.imageshack.us/img228/3...hackra0.th.png and just in case... http://img228.imageshack.us/img228/3...hackra0.th.png Quote:

It looks like you maybe missing the hook in the skin $template_hook[postbit_controls] is it showing up in your other skins? mainly the default skin? if it's showing up on that skin then check to make sure the hook is there because this works both on the postbit and postbit legacy |
never said that, but i like i had said was that i have installed many other hack more complex than this. but i uploaded the images and all the files accordingly, i upload the images to the root images and the royal flush images folder as well.
its not showing on the default either and its installed. as for the template hooks, its showing them listed in the postbit and postbit legacy when i do a search for the $template_hook[postbit_controls] Quote:

Not sure if this is already available ...
a way so that when member click on "the following users says thank you ..." it will show the full list to save space/clutter. default = minimized |
Okay forgive me for not reading through all the posts but there are so many.
I have an issue. When I thank someone it thanks the user two times instead of one. When any other user does it only does it one time. What can be causing this. |
double code in style, try to change on other style and see if that happens

I have tried searching this thread and using the information provided in this thread to either move and/or remove "Find All Thanked Posts" from the search menu.
Right now, it's showing up under my Google Search box and I want to move it to the Advanced Search link in the Search forums section of the navbar search. I have tried changing the plugin order from 5 to 4 to 3, but it still ends up in the same place. Again...I've followed the directions here within this thread...with absolutely no luck. So, I'd appreciate it if someone can tell me how to move it, or remove it. I currently run vb 3.8.1. |

To move it you may need to edit your google search box plugin/template edit. Chances are it's a template edit and not a plugin so go into th navbar template, find it, and move it UNDER "$template_hook[navbar_search_menu]" |
rossco_2005,
Thank you. I just went ahead and disabled it per your instructions. |
Um, where are the postbit edits?
