First off, great hack!

Okay, now, I have the video directory installed, but I can't get it to show thumbnails of the videos?

I have the correct directorys chmodded and all that, I think..

Any help?

EDIT: Ok, been into videothumbnails/ and CHMODDED the directories in there, how do I regenerate the thumbnail files?

I have this installed, but small problem.

I'm running Vbadvanced and in the 'quick links' shotcut (hook) it links to /video.php but my forum is at /forum/video.php

Quick Fix?

i dont understand what im doing wrong. i installed this version of the mod, followed all the directions (including CHMOD), and i am still getting 'this video cannot be embedded'. can someone give me an example of that they have in their 'video hoster'? is that my problem even? (video hoster)
