I found heaps of links to download games in the support forums

I have several admins on my board.. one of them reset the arcade scores and pissed a few people off.. is there a way to keep certain admins from doing that?

I added this in my forum.php and it still gives me a security token error.

When I add this to my index.php it gives me this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_DEC, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or '$' in /home/highdefj/public_html/index.php on line 58

Any ideas? I really want to get this arcade going because my members love it.

Just upgraded to 4.0.3 and had to put that in due to getting the security token error.

i'm using vbb 4.0.3

read the install with other portal text. You have to insert some code straight after the <php>? at the top of the index / forum.php file

i dont see anything in intruction file tell me how i can insert php code at the top of the forum.php file.

Basically my whose online simple says 1 guests and wont shows users or anything else. I'm using vB version 3.8.5.

There is a file in the zip called "INFO - vbadvances or another portal.txt." Open that and it shows you which code to enter (do NOT enter the rows of ---------------------'s). I put it in the index.php file in the forum folder and it seems to have worked (using vB4.0.3).

Unfortunately they haven't been addressed for everyone. My topic in the support forum still remains without a fix, or any official support, since Oct last year. And apparently others have been having the same problem as me with their arcades.

The issue went away when I reinstalled the IbProarcade with VB4 (I was using V3 arcade for a while on 3.8, as members wanted to save their scores) and it was functioning correctly for a while. but now it has returned again. Members reported it had stopped saving scores again, during a period of time when I hadn't 'tinkered' with our forum for at least a couple of weeks. I can't work out the cause.

I've tried almost everything now, including adding the index page code, and nothing has worked. I'm at a complete loss :(

ive got a problem.ive installedthis many of times on lower version boards. but suffering a problem with my 4.0.2 version
basicly when i play a game and submit it redirects me back to my forum index page forum.php
any ideas?

we were getting the error, but we had debugging messages enabled. Disabling that stopped the token error message from displaying (it was saving scores).

the problem is you have a very "fixed" width narrow style and therefore cramped

thats pretty hideous still. the bold text is overwhelming and there are no line separators to ensure the "data" is presented cleanly. everything just seems crammed into a small cell with a header.

I did this and my arcade is still a mess in 4.0.3.

Apparently not. I've been asking for help in that thread for a week and no one will respond. I've inserted the code and I'm still having the security token problem. This was fine until PL4 came out. That patch apparently over-wrote my index.php file, and now with the code put back in, the same problem exists for my members.

i am having the same problem on 4.0.3 it worked fine for a few days and then went caput... maybe an incompatible mod? any ideas?
