i want the pro version please, also can this be set to meet members of my forum??
|
It dosen't seem to work on 3.8.4 I've installed it & when i go to /staff.php the page loads fine, but theres no members added to the list. I've set "Usergroups--> Viewable on Show Groups" to yes but none of the groups appear.
Anyone else have this problem on 3.8.4... |

EDIT: Ok, I figured it out.... it's different than previous versions. There is a separate setting in the admin CP. On the left hand side, there is a Meet the Staff drop down menu. Click on Staff Usergroups. Select your groups you want shown, and hit save. Your groups will then show up. |
It looks like the code for "Forum Maintains" is not available in Version 3.2. I've added the code from V2 to the meetstaff_usergroupbit template changing $user to $userinfo.

There is a problem with the code where it will not display users of a group if they are additional group members (the group is not their primary group).
You can fix it by finding this code around line 240 of staff.php: Code:
LEFT JOIN " . TABLE_PREFIX . "usergroup AS usergroup ON(usergroup.usergroupid = user.usergroupid) Code:
LEFT JOIN " . TABLE_PREFIX . "usergroup AS usergroup ON(usergroup.usergroupid = user.usergroupid) OR FIND_IN_SET(usergroup.usergroupid, user.membergroupids) |
I get the following error after visiting staff.php.
Code:
Warning: fetch_template() calls should be replaced by the vB_Template class. Template name: meetstaff_letter in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 3932 And the the "Community" dropdown menu is a bit messed up. http://i107.photobucket.com/albums/m...3Apr131816.gif I use vB 4.0.3 and the Pro version of this mod. Please tell me how to fix these 2 issues. |
Hasann, are we going to see a Vb 4.03 version of this?
|
I wouldn't expect an answer, this is typical for Hasann. It was a good MOD, but the support was non-existent, and that is what has steered me away from his other MODs.
|
to bad pse hassan can u answer?

Hi i am using the version 2.0 from this great product, as we have updated several times our forum today we wanted to edit the option from meet our staff at admincp, and the product is not listed on the vbulletin options panel.
Our vbulletin version is 3.8.4 PL2, i want to know if we have to upgrade to the pro version (3.8.x compatible) or just to the 3.2 to get again the options shwn at the admincp. i really appreciate your support about this and if we have to get the pro version license do let me know the process as i am not able to send you a PM nor Email as they are not enable. Regards Felix |
