What i need is is a minimum posts over the last 24 hours to view permissions. Can you include this in the next release?

Archive bug fixed.

I will test this on latest vB release and then post updated hack asap.

Note: I didn't planned to add new functions for now.

Cyb

Version 2.5.2 - Feb 26.2006.
-Archive bug fixed.

*When you set in some forum "Minimum Post Count To View Thread Listing In This Forum" option to different value than "0" guests will not be able to see thread listing in that forum through Archive. For logged-in users this function works normally regarding user's post count.

*When you set in some forum "Minimum Post Count To View Threads Content In This Forum" option to different value than "0" guests will not be able to read threads in that forum through Archive. For logged-in users this function works normally regarding user's post count.

-Tested on latest vB version - 3.5.4.

To upgrade - import XML file (as product) through AdminCP > Plugin System > Manage Products > [Add/Import Product]

Good luck and cy online.

Thank you for this. :)

When you do add new functions it would be cool to have the option to let users reply to PM coversations but just not start them

Thank you very much for the great valuable hack..

I would like to use it but with the following change..

Instead of the dependence on post count, I want it to allow or disallow depending on userid.

why..
because I have earnest members discussing a matter, others interrupt it with usless posts, and I want to decide who can join the discussion per forum per user..

So, in the following pic
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/attachmen...chmentid=41771

Inseated of minimum post count, I want the feild to be for userIDs separated by commas..

Please don't advice me about creating new groups..

I hope this can be implemented in a new hack

Thanking you in advance

Kind Regards

Great mod, been using it for awhile now.

I am wondering, would it be possible to add a certain amount of posts needed to vote in a poll? on certain forums ofcourse though.

In his last post he said he wont be doing any more features i think. But if he does im sure he could do this.

I know you said you dont want to do usergroup but i think this may be the best option for now anyway.

I currently have something like this on my board, and if you want to be the only person to accept people in that usergroup then make yourself the only leader. basically people can apply and you are the only person that can accept them, so you will know who has access and who doesnt. If you want someone to have access without having them to apply then just add them from the admincp, works good either way.
