I just installed this again for the Holiday Season and now for every product I search for I get
No Results Please refine your search. Even generated a new API Key and am having the same issue with that one as well. Any ideas? |
Ok I updated and while the search is working, the search box that I had in my Navbar template is no longer being shown.
PLEASE RETURN IT TO THE WAY IT WAS! I do not use Forum Blocks. I had it setup great in my Navbar template. |

I am finding that when I have the Product Search bar set up, my forum will not load if the Prosperent website is unreachable - as it is right now, apparently.
I am getting timeout errors related to the API when my site tries to load. When I try to browse to www.prosperent.com directly, I get a CloudFlare error saying that the website is unavailable. I can't even get into my admincp to disable the plugin because I still have the template change in place for the search bar. Until your site comes back up, I'm dead in the water. Here's hoping your site problems are minor. |
