I installed flashchat and logged into the working chatroom. I followed the instructions to intergrate, FlashChat is appearing under Community, but when I click on it I am getting a 404 Not Found error.

Then its not installed in the correct place.

Well i moved it... and now i am getting this error:

No idea, thats an installation error, I do not support Flashchat itself.

and the Chat works :-)

I come from ACP into the settings.
I think it is ok!
