I'm having a slight issue with this mod. I'm not sure when it happened as there were no errors or anything, but when someone tries to access the awards request page, it comes up as a blank page. Everything was working fine before

Have you double checked the permissions for that user group?

Yep. As stated it was working fine, then out of the blue the award.php page just comes up blank. I'm not sure when it started doing that, as it has been weeks since someone last requested an award.

Have you made any changes from the time the mod was working and now? Perhaps a change you made affected this mod? I would uninstall, then reinstall the mod and see if that fixes your issue.

How do the users request the awards? Forgive me for the silly question. I can't seem to find it. I found how to set it up, but where do you get the link to give them. I've seen it on other sites. I just can't seem to get it set. Thank you.

Is there a way to widen the description column? If you tell me where to find the code, I'll change it.

As you can see here: http://www.hammerfistclan.com/forum/awards.php it would look much better if the column was widened.
