I don't know what the deal is, but users are complaining that they still see threads by users they ignore when they look at new posts. It shows both in the list and in the column for latest post, yet it's not there when they enter the forum/thread list.

Oh, and I'm using 3.8. Anybody else seeing the same issue with 3.8?

Konstantinos 07-05-2010 09:08 PM

yes the latest ver 1.4 doesnt work right, i ignore a forum and still shows

nerbert 08-02-2010 12:57 PM

I'm trying to get version 1.4 to work but I don't get any settings in the usergroup manager page. I have other mods (blog and vb Image Hosting) that might interfere. I can't find any code in the plugins that would seem to create such settings. Where would I find such code?

Love the addon, thank you.

One bug I've encountered is that the New Posts button (which typically shows 25 results per page) shows significantly less per page since the ignored messages are parsed after the list is compiled. My previous (but less sophisticated) mod did not have this issue.

Are you working on a version for VB 4.x? I would love to implement this great tool....

Who knows something similar for VB 4.x?

Anyway: Great job!

Tested and working on 3.8.6 and 3.8.7 BETA. Thanks for this lovely mod.

I would really like to see this in vBulletin 4

This is probably the most requested feature by my members for our forum ever since we moved to vB 4.0....can anyone work on a port for this?
