it shows "Welcome to the [ARG:3 UNDEFINED] forums. " to guests for some reason

You probably have the welcome headers hack installed. Disable that product, and it should go away..

I don't...It doesnt show it in the default skin ...
also..i installed the "users who visited today" mod..and the guests one..and it is really messed up:

I have the problem that is also on the second page where all of my Visitors in the past 24 hours are scrunched to the right, how would I fix that:

Also, how hard would it be to get the "regular" style navbar under the header instead of the white boxes?
