Uninstalled...

Too many issues with the helpfulanswers.php page not working correctly. Double entries for certain articles. No remedy for the issue.

Tried the update to 2.0.5...started getting parse errors for the hlpfulanswers.php page.

Sorry...though it may have been a great idea...and I had used it for quite a while...waiting for fixes, but they never came. The latest release caused the parse errors...and I felt enough was enough.

2.0.5 is a beta release for vb 3.8 series.

Unfortunately I have not been able to duplicate your bug, nor have I seen it reported recently by anyone else, so it's very hard to track down. helpfulanswers.php isn't really where I've been focusing my efforts, perhaps someone else will come along and extend it to be more useful for you.

HA 3.8 users, if you follow the 4.0 version of this addon you'll see that I have added the option to hide low ranked posts. This is a feature I will be looking to port to 3.8, however, there are some code differences and I may not have time to address this for a few weeks while I monitor the 4.0 version to be sure it's running well.

Ted, i followed the instructions for upgrade to 2.05 and when trying to access helpfulanswers.php i get this:

I changed the helpfulanswers.php for this one https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showpost....postcount=1335 and it seems to work.
