I wrote an installation guide. As far as the other stuff it seems that you're having a vbulletin problem.

that's how to install a product. You don't need the xml file on the server.

Is the product enabled? Just because you posted a link to the thread really don't help me to help you.

Unfortunely, no. I tried on IE, Firefox ... the same. I checked in my browser options that Javascript is enabled, and it is ...
