The add ons listed on this mod link to the add on mods & its states the vb version is 3.8

What I did on the postbit_legacy template was look for this

any mod for vb 4.0?

He just needs to update that text. This mod works perfect in the latest vb4.0.1 or whatever the latest and greatest is. I forget. But I'm running the very latest as of this moment. It's the 4.0 with the latest patch which I think bumped it to 4.0.1

If you look just below the huge bold title on his thread, you'll see all the versions it works for and 4.0 is listed there.

I think he's talking about Add-Ons. You just have to consult each of those threads and see if they've been tested as of yet.

Help me please! I do not know where to fix this in admincp, but right now users who are logged in have a 900 second time out feature, how do I get rid of this? I do not want to change it to a higher number (like 100 thousand for example), because it interferes with who's online widget.

Because of this time out issue, people playing in the arcade are timing out and losing their highscores and have to relog into the site. Any help or suggestions on where I can fix this would be appreciated.

Yes, I have that set at 900 seconds. What should it be set at? If I change it to 10000 for example, then it shows users online that have closed their browers on my "active users online" area. :confused:

I just thought I would do an update with this, I managed to fix the problem :) Turns out after I converted our arcade from V3, I forgot to move the files in the gamedata folder over. Since doing so, all the games are saving scores again!

Thought this info might come in handy for anyone else who has recently converted from V3 and might be having scoring issues.

Hi Guys,

I'm getting this message on the games "This score was not submitted from the game. Your score will not be saved."

Anyone know how i can fix this? Also i need to know where to go to change the font colour as its white at the mo and it cant really be seen on my site?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I have just switched servers and after a nightmare with the hosts got everything back,however the front end of the arcade works fine but when you try to access a game it doesn't load and looks to the old url,I have tried to find this to change in the arcade but gone word blind any ideas please.

I installed this on 4.0.1 and when it goes to log the score at the end of a game it gives me the security token was missing error, any idea on how to fix this please.

I was about to install then saw that there were a ton of issues hanging out there unanswered. MrZeropage the coder who is the support for this has not posted anything since 2009. It seems he has abandoned this project. He has been online this month but not addressed any issues.

This is off my todo list.

This mod has issue's i agree. It seems that the arcade conflicts with having both the forum AND CMS.
Ive been messing around with the code & got it working, you just need to edit your index file

back up your ARCADE_vB4 template. incase this doesnt work for you..

Thanks for this :)..... tried it in ARCADE_vB4 template with no luck, then tried it in ARCADE template and it worked.
Also removed .....{vb:raw header} {vb:raw navbar} under <body> tags as it was doubling up my headers and navbar.
Again thanks for the code, whether i'm doing the right thing or not bit of a noob at this but it works (maybe) lol.
