When importing the xml Im getting "Invalid File Specified"

Im guessing this doesnt work with 3.6.5 ??

also that Invalid File specified when imported in admin panel... :-s help please:-s

so it doesn't find the required files to install. I changed the name inside the installation file but still get this:

so what now?

I tried posting in the support forums but it wouldn't allow me to post so I hope someone here can help out.

Everytime I try to install this script I get Could not find phrase 'invalid_or_empty_style_file'. Even AFTER I added the [phrases. A little help please?

I have same error.
first it cant find xml file.after copying this file to root folder second error will appear.

Frustrating as hell. I'm having the same problem.

loaded the upload files to the right place ...... when installing says unable to find .xml in directory" ...... even though it is uploaded to the admincp dir .....

Im running 3.6.7 and I also have vbShout pro version installed (which btw is the absolute nuts) ....

any idea's ???

Same problem here (vb 3.6.6). I got around the vbchat.xml problem by copying it from admincp to the forum root, but still get 'invalid_or_empty_style_file'. Pity, this mod looks really promising

I do not believe that this hack is for vB 3.6.x. At least it doesn't say so in the description of the hack above.

Yeah stupid me, it does say it's for VB 3.0, and the mod was last updated 2005.

So the next question is obviously, what's a good alternative? I'm aware of 'flashchat' which intergrates to some degree with VB, but I've never been that keen on it
