I cant manage to exclude blocks from specific forums, what am I doing wrong?

I had this modification installed until I installed the Mobile Theme. For some reason, even if I select Do not show on Style 3 (mobile style) It messes my Forum up and all thats visible is the Header and Footer

I have attached an image of whats happening, only the header and footer are Showing. I have a few plugins enabled but have narrowed it down to this particular plugin, if disabled it works properly. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey there it goes. Thanks for that. Is there any way to Disable the Advertisments from showing up behind the Login / Register Screens ?

This doesn't seem to be working too well on 4.1.10, for some reason it will not remember the settings for being closed and always opens again, uninstalled till there is a fix :(
