when you upload, should i upload the upload folder or just the contents?

when i open forums/global.php on my ftp i get this error

cant change directory to /forums/' .create_full_url('cron.php) no such file or directory

wow this is alot of posts but i got my site back after the instructions another post
and yes each folder needed to be uploaded separately

now i cant find this file product-goldbrick-7.xml to import?

They don't need to be uploaded separately. It just depends on your ftp program. The product is in the main folder.

Goldbrick Version 1.2:

I'll post some Screen shots later. I have to run so if there are any problems I'll look at them later tonight.

I dont have a main folder, so im assuming you talking about the upload folder? and then mine is called product-goldbrick.xml not product-goldbrick-7.xml and its not importing it even though its there in my goldbrick folder on my server?
