Note: If you run your vB on a directory from a subdomain or root ex: http:///www.yoursite.com/forum or http://subdomain.site.com/forum you will need to open up the .htacess file and change Rewrite Base / to Rewrite Base /yourdir

I can't find Rewrite Base / in my .htaccess file.

I believe this is nessasary to change since my forum is in a subdirectory. What am I missing? Where can I find Rewrite Base? Also, is the .htaccess susposed to be in the forum directory or the / directory?

I'm not getting a 404 or anything like that, but since I was previously having problems with danny's comment system not leaving comments with vrewrite installed, and also the latest x threads wasn't working.

I looked in the hacksNfixes.txt file but I don't quite understand. Is there or isn't there some sort of fix for the comment system? Do I have to manually do something? I see it says XML file, so is the change included in the new vrewrite .xml file? How about for the latest x threads, I see some steps to search for but I don't know where to be searching. I searched templates, I guess in some file. Thanks for any more info. :) I'll let you know if I find any more bugs, hopefully not. Eventually not!! :)

* How do I fix that?

http://www.xxxx.com/members-introduc...title-178.html#post1377 = is it normal to have #post0000? (it's vb default url)

Online.php: Unknown Location things you know, you haven't fix?

I have installed the new version but on some links its missing the url of the website and just putting the .html end
