You may add this verification (amount of posts in ForumID xx) on your own, just extend the persmission-verification in /arcade/modules/mod_arcade.php in the authorize()-function

You'll see that in the public release :)


I think CMPS-Modules will arise quickly after the new ibProArcade gets released

I am willing to exchange games with anybody that has games to exchange. I am not using ibproarcade I am using the v3arcade. I currently have 2129 games installed. ;)

I have a good collection of v3 and ipbproarcade games.

Do you provide complete ZIP-archives including the PHP-File needed for installation ?

i seen there is a 2.5.1 has anyone used this on 3.5.1? and also if so i seen the release of a 2.5.2 cause of a patch is there a patch for vbulletin?

this "new" ibProArcade will be 2.5.2+ for vBulletin

Not sure if this is the right section, but think this may get answered, I was installing IBP arcade 2.5.1 on my forums 3.5.1 as a tempory solution until this one comes out, and i see it works fine for a lot of people, but i get this error, any one know how to fix it.

Obviously it cant find the database, but what statement is it trying to find the database, that i will need to modify, because I've changed everything that i can think of, but there is no mention in the instructions of having to even do this.

You should not waste your time with adaption of that version, just wait, GOLD-Release is in development

I just fixed the last big problem, the display of custom Avatars in Filesystem.
Not everything about the Avatars is working well :)


I will now setup a fresh vBulletin 3.0.10 and 3.5.1 and install the GOLD-Version there to make an internal "final check"
After this I will just wait for some external input (v3arcade Mass-Installer, Style-Adaptions, PopUp-Play-Improvements, PNflashgames-Fix for PopUp-Play) and fix my last bug about some scores being cut off the decimal places.

This means by now --> THE RELEASE IS SOMEWHAT VERY CLOSE !!


Just to let you know, everything looks very good and I want to thank all of you for your patience - it will be worth it as you now can prepare your forum for ibProArcade 2.5.2+ :)

I for one would like to say thankyou for coding this. Although I know you guys enjoy the coding, you work damned hard at creating damn good hacks, and personally I recon this is one of the biggest and best I`ve seen.

The link I posted is for 1,000+ ibPro games tarred up.

While I have 2129 games I have seen some arcades with over 3k games. I have a good deal of v3 and ibpro arcade games. Everytime I get games from people it seems I end up with at least a few more lol. Im bulding an extensive collection. ;)

Zeropage .. Gettin the message Please change CHMOD to 0777 via FTP. Uploaded the tar`d games from the zip above. This is on mass install of ibpgames and the file is chmodded correctly ... v3.5.1 version ... they work individually, and have mass installed before, the only difference I can see is the quantity

Update on above bug .. I uninstalled and re-installed the arcade completely, then did a mass install ... Seems to only mass install 100, then won`t do anymore, just says the folder is not chmodded to 0777, which it is

i can certainly live with the limit, tho that is an odd error.. wonder if it is host based?

Great news Finally I can get rid of this buggy BETA! Mr.Zero please get it out ASAP, and thanks for your efforts, just make sure you tell us Beta users what to change/add/remove for the upgrade!

It got tested with >100 games, I think one of your archives may be corrupt or something like that, don't know ...
Did you CHMOD the /gamedata subfolder in /tar ?

did you send the final out to test to a few Zero?

I am still working on the GOLD, and if that is finished I will publish it to the public.

Only if there is a doubt for a function where I think a last test is needed I would hand the GOLD to selected testers (very few) to quickly check out that special function, but I think/hope that is not necessary...

Also Zero, ever thought of making an un-installer script? It could be usefull for others to re-install the hack or upgrade from a previous version to Gold. :)

Using vBulletin 3.5.x uninstallation and upgrading is no problem and can easily be done using the Product-Management of vBulletin

For vBulletin 3.0.x there will be an uninstaller.php included


For Upgrades from v3arcade and "old" ibProArcade I must have a look on their DB-structure to do any converter - I would really be happy if anyone of you could make those two converters so I can include them in the Release, of course the author of the converters will instantly get the current development-version of ibProArcade and get named in the Release :)

OK it was a problem with one of the games .... These 1000+ that I`m installing, quite a few have php errors, and therefore everytime there is one, the mass installation stops and it shows the error message, eg.

There is also the problem I mentioned above, where it will not install due to chmod .. This problem was because it was infact looking for the wrong folder....

Is there any way you can get it to skip ones that cause critical error, and the ones that have chmod problems, and just show you a list of the ones it had problems with at the end of mass install?
