Marius, can you add an option which allow us to exclude any award? i ask you this cause i haven't the 'helpful award', and i saw which the only choice which i have is 'delete award' ...

anyway, right now i uploaded the new xperience.php and i've a double award ... (check the link in my previous post)

edit: i changed some values into my level, and 'refreshed' the stats and now all goes correctly ...

Set award's display order to 0 to disable it. It is written in small letter just below the display order. Don't forget to recount awards...

i think there is something wrong about the awards ... as you can check i'm the most active, etc etc but i haven't any award ... before this upgrade (3.7.10) i own all the awards ... now nothing ...

Did you modified the limit parameter? Are you on an ignore list (user, group)?

Got it. It was the awards limit, it was set to 1. The product has the 1 instead of a 0. Will change this in the next beta.

edit: when i upgrade the product it runs without the uncached template BUT the awards aren't generated ... so when i generate the awards it comes the uncached ... so the trouble is onto the awards ...

no Marius isn't fixed :( i try to explain better: i've installed the beta 3 without any trouble, all the templates are OK, BUT i saw that i haven't the awards generated, so i go to my ACP and i generated the awards, AFTER THIS i returned into my index, et voil?, the template returned uncached ... :)

Did you imported product? Did you overwrite all PHP files from Beta3-ZIP?

i also tried to uninstall and reinstall ... but the trouble is still here ... :(

back here: i tried to install the Beta 3 onto my local RC2 and the trouble is the same ... also i tried to install Beta 3 onto a Beta 5 vB and there i haven't the uncached template ... so i think there is a trouble into RC2 with the awards ...

just installed this mod a few days ago... all work correctly... the setup is ok...but when the vB assign the awards ( the default awards) when i click to the link "see all awards" it comes out this error:

i tried to reinstall all products, change level, rewrite php... but every time when the awards are n't assigned...all is correct... after the recount and the assign of awards... error....

someone can explain to me the cause?

I'm using vBulletin 3.7.0 RC2 and vBExperience 3.7.11 Beta 3 and I have no red/uncached templates. Not on awards, not on ranking, not on postbit. So I cannot confirm this behaviour on your board. I have to take a look to your site - please give me permissions again.

No idea if this has been asked, but how does someone get the "community" award?

This user must be active in social groups, doing visitor messages, etc... In AdminCP, vBExperience, Manage Awards, Community Award - there you will see what data is calculated for the Community Award.
