I have the same problem, I uploaded all files and imported product-nex_sidebar_everywhere_42 on the Products page in admincp, but I don't have in the options menu the "Forum Sidebar and Block Options".
What could be the problem?

Does this mod give the option to enable both left and right sidebars at the same time?

Bug in vB 4.2.1: The new block type "Activity stream" works correctly only on the forum index, there are only activity date+time shown elsewhere (without the description of the particular activity)

Works on 4.1.11 with DBTech mods whereas the other popular mod, Everywhere Sidebar, does not. Installed and nominated.

On second thought this causes the following MySQL error:
