Without more info, this one will be hard to diagnose.

The "Unknown Question Type" is in the program as a failsafe. It should never show up if the add-on was installed correctly, you've defined questions for the application position and the database tables are intact

For the error code, I'm not exactly sure what more information you'll need. Ask me and I shall provide haha.

EDIT: Fixed the redirect, didn't notice the blank question.

Yes, a blank question would do it too. :)

Thank you for letting everyone know what the problem was.

I'm still curious as to that previous error, as it's showing up still. Whatever information necessary, I will provide it. I'm not sure if it's actually affecting the ability to fill out/send the application, as I haven't been able to speak to anyone else on my team, but it's troublesome regardless.

I would need temporary admin access to look at settings and questions.

If you would like me to do that, send me a PM with the site address, temporary username and password.

Short of that, I can only suggest uninstalling, download the mod again, reuploading everything and reinstalling the xml file.

The old 'General Application Form' doesn't interfere with this one at all. And the files are different names.

Old files that can be deleted are..
application-form.php (CAUTION: NOT application-forms.php)
includes/xml/bitfield_application-form.xml

If you can't see the dropdown menu for application types or positions with the new application system, it sounds like you haven't uploaded all of the files to your server.

Also, if you're trying to view applications from the old system.. you can't. The two systems are totally different and incompatible.

The only other possible thing is your paths don't match what is normal for vBulletin

Such as, your admincp may not be called admincp, it may be called adminxyz. The files that you upload must be in the new path names.

So in that case, the files in admincp should be uploaded to adminxyz.

The same holds true for all other files if your paths are different.
