Boofo,
First I would like to say THANK YOU!! Great mod, that I used to replace another mod. However, I'm running vB 4.2, but I don't think that is the issue. You see I have a theme that I created on my site: http://www.place4musicians.com which you will see when you go there. However, I just purchased Bluepearl Seamus Light and Dark. The dark version I have not got around to installing all the XML files yet.

After you go to my site, a work in progress for a little over a year, you will see that your mod works perfect on the default "vBSilver" theme that I created. However, if you change the theme to any of the Seamus themes you will see that I get a black bar with the names on top of it. There will be a pic at the bottom of the post for you as well.

This is the reason that I removed the other modification and switched to yours, so I'm let with a.... "How do I get that black box out of there?" question. I've used Firebug, but it doesn't even come close to giving me a hint in the Stylvars of what I need to change. It's left me a little confused at this point!

Anyway, I was hoping that you might be able to give me a little direction in this area. Like I said, I had another Usergroup legend mod that did the same thing. I really want to have your mod on my site, so if you know of anything that will help me I would appreciate the assistance. :confused:

Many thanks for the work you put forth in this modification!!:)

Boofo,
I kind of got it to work. Using Firebug I noticed that the information was taking place:

Code:

.boofo_usergroup_case_6 {
I'm not much of a coder so what I did was the add a background color at the bottom of the CSS file in the same place that Firebug told me.

Code:

.boofo_usergroup_case_6 {
        display: block;
        margin: 1.0em 0 0.5em;
        text-align: center;
        background: #FFFFFF;

The line in red is of course what I added. However, it's not really a big deal, but I noticed that the boarder top and bottom are not equal. I've attached an image to show you what I mean. Is there a place in the CSS where I can make this change? Like I said it's okay, but I would like the boarder top and bottom to be of equal size.

Thank you!:) Loving the mod!!

Edit: Forgot to upload picture!!

Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > Select the Usergroup that you want to edit the color on. You will see two boxes next to "Username HTML Markup". The first box is for the opening tags and the second box if for closing tags. I'll show you mine for my Administrator.

Opening box
Code:

<span style="font: 13px Comic Sans MS; color: red; font-weight: bold;">
Closing box
Code:

</span>
You can set it up with different fonts and colors for each group. Just keep in mind that if the user does not have the font on their computer then it will not show for them. Try to stick with common fonts.
