It's not pro, but what causes that error.

Importing is a Pro-only feature, though :)

No, nothing is missing.

You will need to set up your system, as the Lite version does not come with any default data nor any way to import an existing configuration.

No, you are free to create your own setup within the Lite version. It's 100% free to do so, you do not have to pay to use it.
