...Database error in vBulletin Control Panel: Invalid SQL: DROP TABLE avatar_categories mysql error: Unknown table 'avatar_categories' ... |
Ever since I installed this hack any members that don't have their cookies enabled haven't been able to change their avatar. Any solution for that?
|
i did do the installation manually.. i did select yes to show up avatar categories and no to avatar category permissions. i'm also using 2.0.3
[QUOTE]Originally posted by Bad_Madman Could you create categories in the CP? Did you execute the automatic or the manual installation? Did you adjust Show up avatar categories in the CP -> Avatars / Categories -> Options to yes? Place for testing also Avatar Category Permissions to no and Show up not categorized avatars to yes! Your version is 2.03? Try that out first times everything. I hope help me somewhat. |

@mrlister
I cannot find serious errors. I tested it under 2.01 and 2.03. Works without problems. Are all avatars (despite missing categories) displayed or are missing also avatars? Appear on the page, does where the avatars can be selected, below (xxx avatars total)? |

Ok, no message of existing table data and when I clicked Start, the blank gray page came up. |

...create table avatar_categories... ...record avatarpermissions in table setting exists already... ...record avataroptions in table setting exists already... ...record avatarselect1 in table setting exists already... ...create record in table avatar_categories... ...Set all avatars to 'category 1 = not categorized' with permissions for - Unregistered / Not Logged In - Registered - Users Awaiting Email Confirmation - (COPPA) Users Awaiting Moderation - Super Moderator - Administrator - Moderators - Staff Important: Do not manipulate the sql-database in table avatar_categories by hand (do not delete NEVER record with id '1' in table avatar_categories)! ...Update avatar counter for 'not categorized avatars' to 107 Database update complete.That's all! You can call this Script several times to make over still modifications Have fun ;) I believe that did it!! Thanks for your patience and this wonderful hack! |
