Does this also happen if you run the Recalculate Achievements function in the AdminCP (vBActivity -> Maintenance)?
If so, here's what you need to do:

1. Go into your Manage Achievements section, set every Achievement to have display order 0.
2. Manually set display order = 1 for one Achievement
3. Try Recalculate Achievements again. If the error doesn't appear, repeat step 2 until it does.
4. Tell me when you reach the Achievement that has the error, and I will fix it :)

I just have 1 slight issue. I use a fixed width forum, and because of that the activity page gets messed up http://www.hotbloodedgaming.com/forum/vbactivity.php

anything I might be able to do to tweak that on my end?

Under CSS Templates -> dbtech_vbactivity.css, decrease the width of

To add to this also, i on ly have 1 achievement for the moment

Can you tell me what that one Achievement is? If there's a problem with it when you're posting, I'll fix it.

The Activity % is normal for the first week or so of running the mod. Don't worry, it'll sort itself out in time :)
