I disabled all my plugins except Doublepost prevention and it is still the same :(
I really need to get to the bottom of this problem, where should I start looking? Templates? Please help me.

Sorry, I do not have a crystal ball, or any other magic method. I cannot tell you why it does that on your site.

Thats the point, I have no idea. You have already done pretty much the only thing I can suggest, which is disable everything else, other than that, make sure you are testing it using the default vb4 style.

Problem sorted!
I have spoken to my hosting company and apparently they made some changes on mssql which caused this problem. They changed these settings back and no problem with double posting anymore.
