can I add like this application/rar, application/zip, application/txt, application/mp3, application/mp4, application/avi, application/wmv, application/3gp, application/asf, or videos/mp4, videos/avi, videos/wmv, in File Types

aakhan136: Actually, mp4 I believe is application/mp4 but I added mp4, zip and rar have been added as well. The rest need to be added and settings saved. Do not have spaces.

EDIT: Ok found the proper file type to set for mp4: You can use this site for file types: http://filext.com/file-extension/

Search for your extension such as .zip or .rar then scroll down till you see a box titled MIME Type.

I've had to put everything on hold, the company I was hosting with got hacked and all my data was lost. I only did monthly backups so it wasn't time for a new one, so I am having to restore a backup from mid June and some info I worked on will be lost. So for a week or 2 I have placed all my addons and such on hold till I get things settled in regards to my site.

Just to let you know, i can't do anything with it. it's pretty ++++ed.

I have tagged this modification for now.

Are tar files allowed? If not, could you add them in the future?

g0dfather1984: All file types are allowed, I don't add them, the admin does that through the options.

I'm trying to use file storage and created the required directories in the forum root and gave them 777. I went back and tried 0777 with the same results.

Yeah that is an issue NTMID8, I ran into a few times, make sure the icat directory exists.

I will be getting an update to this mod as soon as I can.

I have verified the directory exists. First I created the required directories in my www root but was getting the error I posted. I then created the directories in my main root and the error disappeared, but it still was not saving category thumbnails and I saw no images being added to any of the three directories.

It seems to work fine if I choose database storage, but I do not want to use dB storage with this mod. I've looked at a few download area mods and this is definately the one I would prefer to use so any help is appreciated.
