SMTP email and below are set to no and blank boxes at my forums too.
The following settings are set to "yes".
1.) enable email features
2.) allow users to email other users
3.) User mailqueu system
4.) enable -f parameter.

So these four are set to yes, the rest is set to no or blank.

Then the seperate options.
1.) Email flood check is set to 60
2.) Number of emails to send per batch is set to 10
3.) smtp port is set to 25

That's all.

still no bounced email messages

guess it's doesn't work...black joined and i got the invalid email he used but nothing about bounce email or ezbounce or whatever the message suppose to give me.

It's in the headers. What you posted isn't the headers but the errors.

If you can't read the headers, use the option to add the link to the email itself.
