So what do i do with this to resolve the problem of not being able to select yes in usergroups. The 3 settings for vbookie keep going back to no after i save it.

I'm guessing you just run that url and it should work? Tried it, and it seems to have worked for the first usergroup I edited afterwards.

You have to allow it in forum permissions AND usergroup permissions.
