why when i choose anothere languge i can not register with this languge ?

for example my site is in arabic

and when i try to choose english and then register it wont

My forum has successfully installed and put into good use for about 1-2 months. however today it is not working. I failed to translate the text does not appear like this error:

If your forum is hosted by hostgator or theplanet, you will receive this behavior since staurday. They enabled mod_security. I`ve tried to discuss the problem with the hoster but they don`t see what rule they have to disable in mod_security to get the translator working again.

Got it working on 3.7.3. Very cool. Two questions...

I use vBadvanced from my front page and the flags only show up as text though they work fine in the forum. Anything I can do get them to be the flags?

How do foreign versions of Google spider the site when the user has to manually create the translation? I'm no techie but was curious about it.
