After I installed the 4.1.4. update the chat (Pro version) doesn't refresh and keeps on hanging saying "loading...". I uninstalled, reuploaded the files, reinstalled but nothing worked. Is it because my design is still at 4.1.0 and templates need to be reverted/updated?

What next?

Can't see the navbits in cpanel, reuploaded the files twice and re-imprted the product, any idea?

Same thing here. I followed the instructions but I can't get it to show when using...
