Look at the zip file. It tells you to upload files. Make sure you upload them all in the right places.

i have installed on my forum the version : 6.0 Gold

can i easily update to newer version importing newest xml over the older , or is better to remove before the old plugin ?

if i have to remove the older before , how can i save the already saved 'thank you' database ?

Strange one here my latest reputation received stopped updating after I uninstalled and reinstalled due to a permissions problem I was trying to fix

Can anybody tell me which template is casuing the latest reputation received to stop updating please ?

EDIT: now working again , but users are still getting the odd no permissions error
