All the files need to be uploaded starting from your *FORUM * root directory. (/forum/)

Look, you really need to think things through. Of course there's nothing at that URL, because the file isn't there anymore - it's here: http://webfunhouse.com/sega/forum/arcade.php

Remember, you moved it into the forum directory?
