Not a bad idea but seems a bit like over complicating things. I'll just disable command autocompletion. They are nicely displayed in help window, it is easy to copy paste them from there. Thanks.

Well over complicating is not what I would have said :) But anyhow I think my idea of adding bunch of preset answers or sentence which you could quickly add is not that bad.

I should perhaps consider adding this :) Don't some of you think so ?

Some users reported that sometimes the shouts won't be sorted correctly.

They think it has something to do with the team shouts. Can you please check this? ;)

A few things happened after upgrading MGC.
I used to use MGC before and it work great, I thought by upgrading it would be even better.
But after I upgraded I experience a few hiccups.

#1- In images\misc\mgc_cb_evo\channels, there are NO images. I have to scrap from other sites.
#2- Successfully upgraded chatbox. The forum load very slow and I am 100% sure this is caused by MGC Evo. (turned off MGC evo and everything back to normal)
#3- The chatbox keep saying "loading". All my previous chat transcript are available in archive but on the main display, nothing shown. Just a plain boring "loading" text.

So, can anyone advise me on what should I do?

Personally I think this would vary from forum to forum like for instance a sports forum could have staff added specifically for the bots process & they could add each days sporting events & times.

For a developer website they could have the answer to the question "where do I go to buy X" & the bot would reply with the appropriate link & such.

This would be a HUGE leap forward for this modification & one step closer to being an mIRC like chat script without all the hassle.

The javascript loading is a bit slow at startup, try setting yui files to be loaded from your server rather than yahoo server in the chatbox options.

I edited my message and did not realize you already reply to my past questions.
However, please take a look of these problem.

#1- The chatbox keep saying "loading". All my previous chat transcript are available in archive but on the main display, nothing shown. Just a plain boring "loading" text.

#2- I got this when trying to update the counters. "You must first activate the user chats count in order to be able to update the counters". What does it mean?

So, can anyone advise me on what should I do?

The default fonts in my chatbox are a lot bigger than the standard fonts used throughout my site - how do I go about adjusting them? I can see you've got classes set up, is there any place I can alter the CSS definitions? In particular I want to adjust the date/time font

Your chatbox is not visible to anonymous so can't have a look.

It's an option you have to activate, check the chatbox options.

Or better put a set of options in admin panel with Radio buttons allowing to choose the place where everything must appear without any template editing - vBulletin is so kind to put so many template hook everywhere....

By the way After Updating I got that avatars and usernames were not visible. Chats themselvs and userids were correct, but everything was looking terrible.

It's because this part was done long time ago and I never changed that.

and auto msg will appear. like vbdev said ppl can spell it wrong or somehow write the wrong questions that the system cant comprehend

A friend of mine has the same issue, keeps having "loading" every time. How do solve this issue? It works fine for me and a lot of people, but a few are just having this problem.

i had that issue as well. it seemed to be when i had Load YUI javascript files from the YAHOO servers set to yes. i have not had ny issues since i set it to no.

Tried both ... but no help... problem is when some read threads and come on forumhome ... get loading... loading ... after refresh forumhome page is ok ...

Great mod, love the amount of customization :D

Just a couple of things however (sorry if these have been posted already):

Position of chatbox
I know it's possible to add $chatbox_forumhome in the required template, however I feel it would be better to include more than 2 No. options in the admincp by default ??

Username tags
Is it possible to remove the < > tags which surround the usernames ?? I just find this unnecessary and looks messy.

Please add the function to see chats in multiple channels at once. It should be possible to see 2, if they are displayed side by side.
