im sorry for not looking through all 83 pages but i need help. i thought i did everything as instructed but when i click on journals off my forum page it directs me to a webpage and say it cant locate the page. what i do wrong? www.myridespace.net, try it and u will see what i mean, thanks for any help you can give

Did you upload the journal.php file to your forums root directory? That's what it can't find.

alright now it says i dont have permission, now what?

You have to go into each of the usergroups in your admincp and give them all access as you see fit.

i have changed somethings, but i dont see nething that is related to the journals, any ideas?

This is what you should see in each of your usergroups.

i am still trying to get the hang of uploading the files, can u go over where everything needs to be uploaded, i think that where i went wrong

The only thing I can suggest to you is start over, and follow the instructions very closely.

In the zip file, the journal.php goes into your root directory

The journaladmin.php goes in your forums/admincp directory

The bitfield_journalhack.xml and the cpnav_journalhack.xml go in your forums/includes/xml directory

The image files upload to the same image named directory as they are stored in the zip file.
