How do I do it? No there currently isn't any image showing like this for some reason as Ive shown in my picture.

Open up the install guide and you'll find instructions to this which require a manual code hack. But note, this change impacts product listings... not review threads.

Last thing I cn think off then this is as perfect for me. On this page - http://www.midwiferyonline.co.uk/productforums.php the table columns are not aligned properly and I can't figure out how to fix it with CSS.

You're missing a column header for category. Revert the template or add it back in.

I get the same error message too.. It is because it is only trying to insert
<br> which is 4 char long.

I set the min post length to 0 then it only seems to be posting <br> as the review . Disabled it for now
