The IP address that accessed the script (/home/myfertilityforum/public_html/dbseo.php) is associated with China.

I believe that this may be some sort of attempt to exfiltrate data from your site.

To prevent any further attempts, I have zeroed the permissions on the file.

I would strongly suggest consulting your developer before resetting the permissions on this.
