I see a command list (sticky, edit sticky, ban, unban. Prune) there is no way for me to delete or edit a post (as admin I have edit on in the instance). I'm not able to click on the post or double click. In the end the only thing that worked is /prune but that deleted ALL the shouts (Is there a way to prune certain things). But how do I edit or delete a post?

I run on vb suite 4.1.3

Did you set the Can Edit Others' Shouts and Can Edit Own Shouts permissions?

bro can you suggest me on below:

"Hi,
I need some help to modify the shoutbox. If I ban any users on command shoutbox shows "Admin: Admin has banned xyz successfully". I want it to be shown directly as "Admin has banned the user xyz successfully." how can I change it. Also the new post which goes for moderation not shows in sb notification, please let me know how can I enable it."

Yes I have everything on yes for admin. Also Edit other shouts.

Removing the code above got sounds working for me (3.8.7 pl 1), but the sounds don't stop in Chrome and Firefox on any of my Win 7 computers - with no new actions the sound periodically repeats itself, and on every refresh the notification sounds again. The reason I'm trying your product is for the alert sounds so that I can respond quickly when my students ask a question in shout. The needlessly repeated alerts sort of make the point moot.

In addition, the shout font size seems to change at random on my installation, usually after I make permission changes in the shoutbox control panel, and that's in all browsers on Ubuntu, Mac, and Win 7 and whether using a vanilla style or a few custom styles.

Yes, enabling shout sounds will cause a pop every 60 seconds, this unfortunately cannot be helped currently.

PS - The shout font size changes happen when I switch alternating background on and off.
