I've downloaded MODs and have them fail at the import stage, when others have installed them without any problems.

If that poster had bothered to look back through the whole of the thread he would see that there have been several problems using this MOD with 4.2.x

Which could all be down to it not being written for 4.2 at all

I don't think you know @Ricktas, that was not the way he meant it. If you read his other posts you would know this is a good hearted person and he was only trying to indicate that it worked for him. For the record I do not know @Ricktas personally, but I have certainly benefited by his knowledge around here.

Note: only fonts that are installed on the users computer will display correctly. If they don't have that font on their computer another one will be substituted.

To add fonts to the list of ones available go to Styles & Templates -> Style Manager. On the dropdown menu choose Toolbar Menu Options. Add your fonts to the list.

I am pretty sure you could define your own fonts in CSS (additional.css is fine)
Do something like this

HTML Code:

A note on this is that it can slow down your website, though for one font its not major, barely anything if cached properly and its a solid server.

EDIT: Also want to mention that I am running this fine on 4.2.2 without having to do anything but install it.

Hi uninstalled and lost the complete text box in version 4.1.10 PL3

We now have no text box at all....

We have no way for people to post on the site.... I have tried to reinstalled and still have the problem... any suggestions?

See screenshot. I looked and all of the code is still in the templates but for some reason nothing is showing up (or it's being covered up by a white space). I say it looks like it's being covered up because when the page first loads you see everything like it's supposed to, look but then it turns white (like it's being covered up).

Did you try using another style or repairing your style or clearing the cache? Also try the update tool for your styles.

i installed fresh copy of vB 4 (4.1 and after that 4.2) and this Modification but on editor can't see/use 3 Align button (center / right / left) !

I have 5.2 installed, which it clearly shows in Manage Products. But when I look at it in Options, it says "Your Version is 5.1 Final Build"

i have custom ckeditor Equation is plugin.

My file plugin.js in folder /clientscript/ckeplugins/equation

in hook editor_construct

normal this plugin equation works well

when i installed MARCO1 Advanced Editor - Quick reply and Quick Edit With Full Editor , then my custom plugin equation only work in new thread. In quick reply, quick edit not show..

Disable the plugins/hook system. Clear caches. Do you still have the problem?

Go for a Responsive Templates on vb4 instead, you'll have all the plugins that work like a charm.
There's some that are working fine even on vb 4.2.5
